Welcome to my page!
Raised in a small town, as well as growing up in the mountains, I been raised strong and grounded. So, here I am to share those inspirational vibes with you, be your buddy and a coach, while supporting you to improve confidence, learn to feel your body, love exercise, or improve the relationships with yourselves.
ABOUT
EDUCATION:
I am a certified personal trainer since 2021. Recently, I graduated from BSc in Sport and Exercise Science.
Exercise should be fun, so I obtained Exercise to Music certificate what gave me the skills to teach aerobic and dance style classes.
COACHING STYLE:
My personal sports background in weightlifting, athletics, and calisthenics helps me design effective and well-rounded training programs for my clients.
I focus on building strength, improving mobility and balance, posture, and enhancing overall performance. Whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or boost endurance, or just having fun exercising, I provide essential guidance to help you succeed.
To track progress, daily activities and workouts are tracked as well as regular fitness assessments such as meal tracking, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, body composition, and balance, are provided as included of the package rates.
But fitness isn’t just about the body— if you just need a buddy and prefer the one who can keep you healthy while speaking your heart out loud - there also I am!
My top priority is always maintaining good mental health. When your mind is in a good place, your workouts naturally fall into place. I strive to create a fun and challenging environment where you can find balance, inner peace, and tranquility. The gym is where I work on developing a growth mindset and cultivating a positive attitude toward challenges.
I like incorporating fun cardio in my workouts such as mini-trampoline, kango jumping, jumping rope or dancing.
